How It Works

Meet, walk, and keep the training going

Times and locations for the Pack Walk vary and are posted on our Facebook page and here on the site. The next Pack Walk is not always scheduled far in advance, so watch this page and our Facebook page for updates.

We meet at the corner of Barnwell Avenue and Laurens Street and walk the town from there. There's easy parallel parking on Barnwell. Please contact Pat by phone or email for more information — and note that the Pack Walk will be cancelled if it's raining that day.

Pack Walk Policies

A few simple rules keep the walk safe, fun, and low-stress for every dog and handler.

✓ Respect the personal space of other dogs and handlers at all times.
✓ Vaccinations must be up to date — please bring proof of rabies vaccination (tag).
✓ Dogs must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet in length.
✕ No flexi-leads or pinch collars, please.
✓ Bring training treats, poop bags, and have water available at your vehicle for your dog.
✓ Dogs reactive to other dogs while on leash are welcome to join.
✕ Any dog exhibiting aggression toward people will be asked to leave the walk.
☔ The Pack Walk is cancelled if it's raining that day.
